Shipping

We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. All orders from us enjoy free shipping. The orders usually are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the order date,and shipping usually takes 7-8 days.

Tracking

We will email you the tracking No. together with the site where you can track your order after the order has been dispatched.

Please check your e-mail or the shipping status of your order frequently, and contact your local post office of when you are available . If the package is returned to us due to no one signing for it , paulsmiths-outlet will not accept a full refund for it. If still want the returned items, then the customers are responsible for the resend freight,depending on weight of the commodity.

Cancellations

If wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately.Order cancellation and modify are accepted within 24 hours ONLY. 25% cancellation fee applies. The Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Pls kindly understand that. Thanks!

Return & Exchange Policy

1.We are committed to your complete satisfaction.Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy,you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

2.All ordered items are the right items you pick here.We promise you of the right order package.So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If returning right items for a exchange, please contact us within 15 days after delivery, otherwise we are not responsible for it . We will exchange the item for a different stlye/size /color if preferred, but the shipping charges will be credit to the customers' account .

3.All returned merchandise must be sent to the shipping address we email you. If not, the returned merchandise are lost on the way, we are not responsible for it.

4. Due to that some customers may not at home, or provide the wrong address, the goods are forced to return back, we do not accept the request of a full refund.If customers are willing to pay for reshipping fee, we will reship it immediately after received the returned goods;If for a refund, the returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, the Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5.If customers actively refuse to sign for the parcel not before we make an agreement, we do not accept the request of a full refund. We will credit the customers' card after receiveing the returned goods and deducting the shipping fee.

Failure to follow these procedures will result in the item being returned to you.

Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alternation to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.

Refund

1. The merchandise are slight defects, but does not affect the normal use of the circumstances, Only partial refund will be accepted under situation of sufficient evidence.

2. The goods are obviously serious flaw in 7 days, reshipment and full refund will be accepted under situation of sufficient evidence.

3. If the issuing bank does not support the partial refund, we will refund the money to customers' PayPal account.

4. If do not have PayPal account. Please contact our customer service to negotiate other acceptable partial refund methods.

5. If do not receive any information about the tracking number within 25 days, there may be our website system fault and leakage, which cause to lost your order. Please contact our customer service to ask for reshipping or refund.

Insurance

Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely.You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.
